Salmon sashimi

Salmon sashimi (you can use lightly smoked salmon for this too) with Umai Heritage caviar and soy vinaigrette. Mix olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, sesame oil and lime zest for a refreshing but not over-powering vinaigrette.

Home cooking caviar recipes inspiration

Umai modern caviar pasta. For the sauce, take chicken stock, parmesan, sherry vinegar, bit of butter and blend it until emulsified. Cook the pasta until al-dente, keep some pasta water and mix with the sauce, cook until pasta is to your preferred texture. You can serve with chive oil (fresh chives blended with rapeseed oil) to give the dish some more flavours. Add Umai Caviar Salt to season the dish and bring out more caviar flavour.

Our favourite combination is the Umai Modern with a vanilla ice cream, but it tastes great with almost any other ice cream such as white chocolate, pistachio, stracciatella and more!

We recommend one scoop of ice cream with 8-10g of caviar per serving and a drizzle of extra-virgin olive oil. The olive oil gives it this beautiful touch of smokiness and brings everything together.
